Stephanie Frischkorn

Senior Analyst

Stephanie joined Finance Earth in March 2024 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory and fund design projects.  

Since joining Finance Earth, Stephanie has supported the development of the UK Nature Impact Fund. Stephanie is also supporting the Marine Management Organisation on developing sustainable marine financing mechanisms for the UK Overseas Territories. In addition, Stephanie has contributed to the delivery of two sustainable agriculture projects in collaboration with farmers and a conservation charity, supported through the Natural Environment Investment Readiness Fund (NEIRF) grant scheme.

Prior to joining Finance Earth, Stephanie worked as a qualified lawyer in the financial services regulatory team at Weil, Gotshal & Manges (London) LLP. There, she advised global investment fund and asset manager clients on the integration of ESG regulatory frameworks into their fund strategies and documentation. She also advised on the establishment, structuring and marketing of a range of private investment funds and on financial services regulatory issues under UK and European Union law. Before that, Stephanie completed her legal training across the firm’s private equity, finance and financial services regulatory teams. She also took an active role in pro bono work, advising charities and not-for-profit organisations on corporate and regulatory legal matters.

Stephanie holds a first-class LLB Law with French Law double degree from University College London and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University. She is bilingual in English and French.
