Sanchi joined Finance Earth in 2021 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects.
She brings experience in environment, conservation and sustainability policy to the team having previously worked in the strategy consulting and non-profit industries. Sanchi started her career as a Legislative Aide in the Indian Parliament, where she drafted and tabled legislation on wildlife conservation and groundwater management. Subsequently, she joined Boston Consulting Group’s Social Impact and Public Sector division as a Research Analyst where she had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from renewable energy investments to ESG assessments.
More recently, she has been working for the Grantham Institute on Climate Change and the Place-based Climate Action Network to write a report on climate change adaptation in London from the perspective of local borough authorities. She holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
