Oli joined Finance Earth in 2021 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects.

Prior to joining Finance Earth, Oli qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, where she provided audit and advisory services to private equity backed businesses. While at Deloitte, Oli participated in the Goal 13 Impact project, capturing cross-sector insights into business climate transition. Following her time at Deloitte, Oli joined PKF Littlejohn’s Not For Profit team, providing audit services for Institutional Donors, namely on EU and UN grants.

Oli is Treasurer for Codebrave Foundation, a charity that teaches coding and robotics to children and adolescents from disadvantaged backgrounds in Lebanon.

Oli holds an MA (Oxon) in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from the University of Oxford.
