Katherine Elmore-Jones

Katherine brings to Finance Earth over two decades of experience in institutional investor relations and private markets, with a career focus on building capital raising strategies and long-term investor partnerships across Europe.

Katherine is currently a Managing Director and Senior Investment Strategist at Churchill Asset Management, part of Nuveen Private Capital. In her role, she works with institutional and private wealth investors across Europe.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2024, Katherine was a Managing Director and Partner on the European investor relations team at The Carlyle Group. Previously, she was Director of European Communications at Carlyle, responsible for public relations and internal communications across Europe. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Herald Communications and Seed Capital, a UK venture capital firm.

Katherine graduated from Oxford University with an MA and BA in Biological Sciences. She holds a full Investment Management Certificate.
