Co-Founder and Managing Director
Jamie co-founded Finance Earth in 2016 and leads Finance Earth’s investment advisory and fund creation work, designing and implementing innovative financing models for the natural and built environment.
Jamie provides overall strategy to the advisory programmes with RSPB, WWF, Environment Agency, FTSE100 corporates, family offices and multiple foundations. At Finance Earth, Jamie has designed a range of blended fund structures including: Greater Manchester’s Environment Fund, blending and strategically aligning public, philanthropic and commercial capital; co-design and management of a £50m blended impact investment fund, Community Owned Renewable Energy, that transitions solar assets into local community ownership; and a £50m Blue Impact Fund for marine and ocean health in partnership with WWF.
Jamie has extensive experience across M&A, project financing and debt underwriting of renewable energy and natural asset projects and has structured over £150m of long-term impact investments with institutional investors.
Jamie has a first class MEng Renewable Energy from Exeter University.
